This is further to the Exchange Notice No. 20090520-18 dated May 20, 2009 on the above subject, wherein all members were informed that pursuant to the SEBI notification all approved users of Currency Derivatives Segment of the Exchange have to obtain Series-I: CD certification by August 10, 2009. Further from August 11, 2009 members of the Currency Derivatives Segment of the Exchange shall not engage or employ any approved user or sales personnel who do not have the valid Series -I: CD certification.
All members with approved users in the Currency Derivatives Segment are requested to ensure compliance and submit a copy of the NISM Series-I: CD certificates to the Exchange latest by August 10, 2009.
